You need to get these puppies to a vet ASAP, Sounds to me like they have very bad colds and it could turn in to bronchitis. Or worse. Pugs are dog that have trouble breathing and when they have trouble there is something wrong.

TAKE THEM TO THE VET – A.S.A.P. !!!
    They could be critically sick.
If they have not had their shots, they may have Parvo or some other serious illness -!-

sounds like the pups have upper respiratory infections
they all as well as mom need to see a vet and start getting treated
the pups not eating and drinking can become dehydrated and dye very quickly
get them to a vet NOW

Why the heck are you not rushing them to the vet?

Right, because as we know, water cures everything. If I read correctly, water was the cure for your last poorly bred litter as well. Have you finally made enough of a contribution to the downfall of this breed, or are you determined to take it down for as much money as you can get?

they are pugs, that is how they breathe.

    ask a vet.
